Big Business: My company name is Hyperplasia Pty Ltd. The term is a biological term which refers to excessive cellular reproduction. It is a format in which I used to promote effective business growth. My major project is 'Fit Aussie' which targets the health and fitness industry. My primary business site, which will be used extensively down the track, is at www.bigbusiness.com.au. However you can find most of my current objectives at 'Fit Aussie'.

Fit Aussie: The goal here is to become a leader in the health and fitness industry with a strong presence in the assault on obesity. On my site you will find a wealth of information including a free book called, "The Fit Aussie Guide" (as well as lots of free training programs and charts). Soon 'Fit Aussie' hopes to have a clothing range up and running , perhaps a new fitness centre, and maybe even some healthy eating projects down the track. Wanna-be Property Tycoon: My first attempts at applying for a mortgage were rejected. The final attempt was a rejection for a $20,000 property in a place called Millaa Millaa in Far North Queensland - and it was for a mere $6,000. The message here is, "Don't take no for an answer". Within 4 years, the banks would go on to lend me in the vicinity of $1 million taking my list of properties to a total of 9. Don't believe the fear thrown all around the media, long term property management is on of the most secure investments you can make. If you're not in the property market, you have seriously limited your financial future.e'.
Australian Capital Securities: This mortgage brokerage companies was one of my first big financial investments. Investing in mortgages and it's management has taught me some valuable lessons regarding finance. The message here, 'if you want to achieve a goal, you better know how to do it, or at the very least pay some-one to do it for you.
